Each month, we’ll have a planning call where I’ll help you structure your episodes, but you’re in charge of Selecting Topics and Preparing for Discussions. If you plan to have Guests, you’ll be responsible for Scheduling and Coordinating with them.

Other than that, all you need to do is show up and record—I’ll handle the rest! :)

The average delivery time for a fully edited podcast is 3-5 Days after recording. This includes Audio Cleanup, Multi-Camera Video Editing, Color Grading, Intro/Outro Integration, and Final Delivery in Multiple Formats.

If your package includes Add-Ons that Require Extra Editing, the turnaround may take up to 7-10 Days, but you’ll be made aware of this when selecting your add-ons.

Need it faster? Expedited editing may be available for an additional fee.

Yes! I offer Short-Form Social Media Clips AKA Reels optimized for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok & YouTube Shorts. These clips are professionally edited with Captions, Engaging Cuts, and Branding Elements to maximize audience engagement.

Social media clips are available as an Add-On to your podcast package, and you can select how many you’d like when booking.

Absolutely! If you already have a podcast setup, I can handle Filming, Audio Recording, and Professional Editing to ensure your podcast looks and sounds its best. I’ll take care of the technical side so you can focus on delivering great content.

I understand that schedules can change. You’re allowed One Reschedule Per Quarter at no extra charge, as long as you provide at least Two Weeks' Notice. Any reschedules requested with less than two weeks' notice may be subject to a Rescheduling Fee.

Missed or last-minute cancellations will still be Charged In Full, as that time has been reserved specifically for you.

If you need to make changes, just reach out as soon as possible, and I’ll do my best to accommodate!

Since my services operate on a Retainer Agreement, cancellations are Bound by Contract Terms. If you cancel before your agreement ends, a Cancellation Fee will apply based on the remaining time in your retainer.

Because Discounted Rates are given for Long-Term Commitments, early termination will result in a Penalty Fee.
